About us
Petya Noycheva & Partners aims to provide full scope of services oriented to the business, no matter if you are start-up or run an established company with long tradition.
Besides helping you establish your own company and providing all necessary permits, contracts and documents to be able to operate, we believe that copyrights and intellectual and industrial property rights are the core of each business. Thus, we take care for protecting your copyrights towards your employees and contractors when they get creative for you, as well as against infringement by third parties.
We also provide full service in the field of trade marks to protect your services and goods on all countries and markets on which your company is active and operates.
We provide representation in front of the Bulgarian Patent office, EUIPO and WIPO, helping you register your own European Union trade marks or Bulgarian trade marks and applying for their international registration/s under the Madrid protocol, which also allows you to apply for subsequent territorial designation of your international registrations according to your business plans to expand your business on new markets and territories.
If the new territories are not covered by the Madrid protocol and the system of international registration and foreign national trademarks are to be registered, Petya Noycheva & Partners provides assistance and acts as a mediator between a client and foreign intellectual property representatives, monitoring the process of registration until the procedure is successfully completed.
Last but not least - to be able to keep your trade mark/s always protected, we provide monitoring on a frequently base and if it comes to filing opposition/s against new similar trade marks, we represent you in front of the trademark and design offices. We also offer litigation before the relevant courts, including the General Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union when it comes to appealing decisions of the Boards of Appeal of EUIPO.
