The firm

Judex was founded in 2012 by Kujtim Kerveshi, Adem Vokshi and Florin Lata, all well-known and highly respected lawyers in Kosovo with vast experience in their area of expertise. Since its foundation, the firm’s most important goal has been to become the firm of choice for clients with regards to their most challenging legal issues, most significant business transactions and most critical disputes. Although from the time of its foundation in 2015 the firm was subject to a number of changes, its goal continues to remain the same as clients are always the main concern. The firm serves in many different fields such as commercial law, civil law, intellectual property law, administrative law and criminal law. The services of Judex are comprehensive yet customised to the client’s needs. In summary, the growth and success of Judex Law Firm can best be explained by the fact that the firm initially started its operation with only three attorneys – while now, only four years later, the firm is home to five attorneys and four associates.

Judex is a law firm specialising in civil and commercial law, intellectual property law, administrative and public law. It serves a carefully selected clientele of local and international companies, assisting clients by making legal and commercial expertise, advice and integrity readily available. In doing this, Judex performs a wide range of functions, which ranges from paralegal solutions, to litigation in all courts as well as commercial arbitration. The firm also facilitates negotiations, advises in the mediation process and cross-border transactions. The firm’s founding partners represent their clients in their area of expertise. Mr Vokshi has over 37 years of legal experience in the field of real estate, family law and administrative law. Mr Kërveshi is specialised in civil law, civil procedural law, commercial law and ADR, while Mr Lata specialises in intellectual property law.

This is why not only does Judex strive to deliver the highest quality work to meet clients’ objectives, but it is also cautious to ensure the client has a good experience with the firm. The firm recognises the considerable engagement made in it by clients when they entrust Judex with their most important matters. Such services are offered through five licensed attorneys who operate under the direct supervision of managing partner Mr Kujtim Kërveshi. In addition to that, the firm is based in a strategically organised office which allows each member of staff to develop their responsibilities and duties in an appropriate way.
