Who we are ?

A firm approved by the Intellectual Property Authorities  of Monaco, Inlex  Monaco was set up  in 2013 to meet the intellectual  and industrial property requirements of the Principality’s economic players.

We assist our clients in the administrative and legal aspects necessary to enhance, monitor and protect their IP  projects.

 Our team is made up of lawyers with diversified and international experience, with a specialised expertise in Trademarks, Domain Names, Patents , Designs and Models, complemented if necessary by contractual and pre-litigation assistance.

If you are looking for the support of a proactive and attentive IP players , our firm can assist you in your economic expansion projects, by establishing a strategy adapted to your needs. Our firm's objective is to best serve the interests of its Monegasque and foreign clients in order to make the Principality of Monaco a reference state in the field of intellectual property.
